Teako Minerals announced the completion of its inaugural drilling program at the Lokken copper-cobalt-zinc project. The drilling program consisted of two holes testing the Amot and Hoydal prospects.
At the Ã…mot target, drilling intersected a 29.9m interval of mostly pyrite and pyrrhotite mineralization. At Hoydal, the company intersected a 4.9m thick, jasper-rich horizon, which is known to occur in close proximity to the VMS horizon in the Lokken district. Subsequent downhole EM surveying identified an off-hole conductor some 30-40m in front of the hole, which in this context, might warrant an extension of the drill hole.
