Lat 66 reported the final results from its recently completed RC drilling campaign at the K6W and K6E prospects in eastern Finland. At K6W, RC drilling intersected gold and cobalt mineralization with grades of up to 2m @ 0.27g/t Au, 0.35% Cu, and 0.07% Co in the vicinity of higher-grade bottom of till and boulder sample results. The company currently interprets these results to be related to the high-grade boulders but with the RC intercepts being collared at the margins of the mineralized system.
The company further notes that it is in discussions to further develop the use of RC drilling in Finland and at its KSB project due to the recent, technical success.
