S2 Resources announced the sale of two exploration licence applications in northern Finland to a subsidiary of Kinross Gold. Kinross used its right of first refusal to acquire the Paana East and Paana Silas applications for total consideration of 175 000 USD. The two licences represent approx. 15% of S2’s ground holdings in Finland.
