Talga Group announced the commissioning of Europe’s first Li-ion battery anode plant. Located in Luleå, Norrbotten, the plant will produce the company’s flagship Li-ion battery anode product Talnode-C, using purified graphite concentrate from the company’s Vittangi graphite project. According to the company, more than 20 battery manufacturers and automotive customers are already engaged to receive Talnode-C samples for large-scale EV battery qualification and procurement processes.
