Ragnar Metals announced the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary Ragnar Metals Sweden AB to BHP Metals Exploration Pty Ltd for cash considerations of 9.8 Mio AUD and a 1% NSR. The NSR can be bought back by BHP for 10 Mio AUD.
Following, the company further announced the acquisition of two new REE licenses (Olserum North, Gruvhagen) and two new lithium projects (Halleberget, Bergom) in Sweden.
