Northgold reported promising visual results from recent drilling at its Kopsa flagship project. Drill hole NGKOP23034, the deepest hole completed in 2023, returned two intervals of intense quartz veining and/or silicic alteration with sulfide mineralization for a combined width of 63m. While assays are currently pending the mineralized intervals appear similar to previous high-grade intersections in drill holes NGKOP22022 (5.91g/t Au, 0.29% Cu over 7.2m) and NGKOP22014 (5.27g/t Au, 0.11% Cu over 1.9m).
