Latitude 66 reported the discovery of a high-grade boulder at its Peräpohja Schist Belt project. Recent sampling at the Petaja prospect returned exceptional results up to 137.7g/t Au and 10.6% Cu from a mineralized quartz vein in a dolerite boulder. Given the size and angularity of the boulder, the company infers a relatively local source. Following the promising results, the company is planning additional field work and ground geophysics, specifically targeting the prospective dolerite units.
