Latitude 66 reported the identification of multiple EM conductors at its K9 prospect. Following downhole electromagnetic surveys, multiple conductors have been identified, partly down plunge of the known mineralization. Together with a new lithogeochemical assessment of the strongly altered host rocks, the new geophysical data resulted in a better understanding of the geometries at the prospects, resulting in new targets defined up and down plunge of the historically known mineralization.
Beginning in mid-August, the company plans to drill test the new targets at K9, together with other targets at the K8, K10, and K12 targets.
