80 Mile Plc reported results from geological hydrogen and helium exploration at its Outokumpu project in eastern Finland. Recent testing of selected historical drill holes resulted in the discovery of stabilized helium values of up to 10.7% in the center of the company’s tenement package in the Outokumpu belt. Notably, this represents the first published occurrence of surface helium in Finland. Following this, the company plans to increase exploration efforts to pinpoint the most prospective zones in the region and has already begun a proof-of-concept study to evaluate potential for extraction of these gases.
