Avrupa Minerals Intersects Large Stockwork Feeder System

Avrupa Minerals announced the completion of first pass drilling at the Kangasjärvi massive sulfide target in central Finland, advanced together with Akkerman Finland Oy. Two holes for a total of 709.3m have been completed, while a third hole, testing the Kangas North EM anomaly was postponed due to access issues. Both holes testing the Kangas Main EM anomaly intercepted vein type and semi-massive style pyrite-pyrrhotite dominated sulfide mineralization with small amounts of chalcopyrite and sphalerite. According to the company, the encountered mineralization and associated alteration resemble a stockwork feeder zone characteristic for VMS deposits. While waiting for the assay results, the company is reassessing the geophysical dataset and contemplating DHEM surveys to understand if the conductor has been adequately tested.
