First Nordic Metals confirmed five new large gold anomalies at its Storjuktan project in northern Sweden. While the anomalies have previously been indicated via gold pathfinder elements using XRF analysis, recent ICP-MS analysis of samples from the anomalous areas confirmed elevated gold grades associated with the pathfinder elements. Over the coming months, the company plans to test all of these newly identified targets via bottom of till and diamond drilling.
