Kaunis Iron received the verdict from the Land and Environmental court of appeal regarding its case concerning existing and expanded iron mining operations in northern Sweden. Although the court of appeal upheld most of the initial decision concerning ongoing and future operations, the company points out the lack of an enforcement order which could have an effect on the timeline for opening new deposits.
