LOI between LKAB and Talga lapsed
Previously having announced a non-binding LOI with LKAB and Mitsui regarding joint development of the Vittangi Anode project, Talga Group now announced that no “satisfactory transaction” could be completed and the formal LOI therefore lapsed. According to the company, Mitsui and Talga “continue to advance their project development discussion under” a separate MoU.

Talga – MoU with Taiwan-centered manufacturer
Talga Group announced it entered a Memorandum of Understanding with Long Time Technology Co, a Taiwan-centered, leading manufacturer of anode materials. Under the MoU, both parties aim to work together on larger-scale trials and if successful, seek to enter an anode materials supply contract at mass production level.
Hudson Resources – Greenland Uranium legislation
Active in Greenland, Hudson Resources provided a statement after the Greenland Government recently announced a ban on the development of mineral projects with uranium contents greater than 100ppm.
