LOI between LKAB and Talga lapsed

Previously having announced a non-binding LOI with LKAB and Mitsui regarding joint development of the Vittangi Anode project, Talga Group now announced that no “satisfactory transaction” could be completed and the formal LOI therefore lapsed. According to the company, Mitsui and Talga “continue to advance their project development discussion under” a separate MoU.
