Cu-Au at Heinä Central

Active in Finland’s booming new gold district, Rupert Resources announced new drill results from several of its prospects. In addition to new high-grade intercepts from the company’s 2019 Ikkari discovery, e.g. 7.7g/t Au over 30m from 375m vertical in hole #121115, the company provided an exploration update from its Heinä Central prospect, located approx. 1km north of Ikkari. At Heinä, gold mineralization appears to be defined by “several north-dipping, gold-bearing zones of massive to semi-massive sulphides” with recent intercepts returning e.g 1.0 g/t Au and 1.6% Cu over 56m, including a higher grade core of 10m, grading 2.4g/t Au and 3.9% Cu in hole #121088. In addition, hole #121116 intersected 40.3g/t Au over 6.7m, including 259g/t Au over 1m, further highlighting the high-grade Au potential of the prospect. According to previous, preliminary studies, conventional flotation can recover up to 90.4% Au and 99.5% Cu.
