Gungnir Resources announced a 1 million CAD strategic investment from Altius Minerals. The investment includes a stock purchase for gross proceeds of 750000 CAD as well as an option agreement to purchase royalties on Gungnir’s Ni and gold projects in exchange for 250000 CAD. The proceeds will be used to advance the company’s Ni projects as well as for general corporate purposes.
