Gungnir Resources announced a 1 million CAD strategic investment from Altius Minerals. The investment includes a stock purchase for gross proceeds of 750000 CAD as well as an option agreement to purchase royalties on Gungnir’s Ni and gold projects in exchange for 250000 CAD.
