Kuniko reported massive sulfides from the first hole drilled at its Ertelien Nickel project. Hole KNI_ER001 was drilled as a twin hole to verify high-grade mineralization encountered in historic hole ER2006-06B. Recent re-assay of the drill core from ER2006-06B returned 28.07m @ 1.34% Ni, 1.19% Cu, 0.07% Co and 0.14 ppm Au, including 19.9m @ 1.82% Ni, 1.64% Cu, 0.09% Co and 0.19 ppm Au. The ongoing drill program is budgeted for 1470m in five diamond drill holes, with the first hole now completed. A second drill rig has been mobilized and is expected to commence a 10-hole, 2500m drill program at the company’s Skuterud Cobalt project on February 23rd.
