Kuniko reported final visual results from its 5-hole drill program at the Ertelien Nickel prospect in south-central Norway. The holes were drilled on a single section, aiming to better constrain the continuity of geology and mineralization and guide future drilling, with two of the previously reported holes representing twin holes to historic intercepts. Testing the continuity between KNI_ER001 and KNI_ER003, hole KNI_ER005 intersected several meters of strong sulfide mineralization in the gneissic footwall, suggesting that mineralization in the footwall is relatively coherent and might represent an additional lens to the magmatic-textured sulfides intersected in KNI_ER001. The rig from Ertelien has now been moved to commence drilling at the Undal-Nyberget copper project while drilling with an additional rig at the Skuterud Co project is currently ongoing.
