Latitude 66 announced the start of an RC drilling program at its KSB gold project in northern Finland. The program will test the K6E and K6W IP anomalies that are coincident with mineralized boulder samples.
The use of an RC rig is rather uncommon in northern Europe and serves as a trial campaign, that could, if successful reduce exploration costs and turnaround time at the company’s Finnish projects. Drilling is expected to commence in March with results to follow in Q2 2025.
