Viscaria Publishes Updated Resource and Feasibility Study

Viscaria published and updated mineral resource estimate and a feasibility study for its Viscaria project in Kiruna, Sweden. Based on recent exploration success, the updated resource estimate now amounts to 108 Mt @ 0.90% Cu for a total of almost 1 million tons of contained copper. Going forward, and supported by the latest positive deep exploration success, the company is targeting an increase of its resource base to 140-160Mt over the next years.

Utilizing around half of its resource, the company additionally published a feasibility study with an NPV of 4.4 billion SEK after tax, a mine life of 17 years, and annual production of around 26,000t Cu.
