Lat 66 Identifies New Targets in Peräpohja Schist Belt

Latitude 66 provided an update on generative work at its Peräpohja Schist Belt (PSB) project in northwestern Finland. Re-assessment of historic exploration data resulted in the identification of more than 20 targets in the area prospective for gold and sedimentary hosted copper and cobalt mineralization. As part of the exploration efforts, the company assayed boulder samples from previous field campaigns (assays pending), is currently conducting its own sampling campaign and plans additional electromagnetic surveys. Notably, some of the best targets at PSB show very similar characteristics to the Kuusamo Schist Belt project, where a gold and cobalt resource has already been defined.
