Kuniko reported the intersection of exceptional visual cobalt mineralization in a new, shallow horizon from recent drilling at its Skuterud Cobalt project. The visual near-surface mineralization was intersected in several drill holes (drilled from the same pad), north of a series of small historical mine workings. Drilling further resulted in the visual identification of cobalt minerals in several holes in the main target horizon. The drilling program is ongoing with two additional holes planned from a new pad further to the north that could extend the strike length of the system by up to another 200m.
