Gungnir Resources reported assay results from its 2023 drilling program at the Lappvattnet nickel deposit. Testing the main zone continued to deliver high-grade assays, returning e.g. 6.10m @ 2.47% Ni, including 0.55m @ 7.36% Ni in drill hole LAP23-01. Drilling also intersected nickel mineralization in the footwall, returning e.g. 16.9m @ 0.56% Ni. Both, the main zone and the footwall mineralization are inferred to have a shallow plunge to the east into a sparsely drilled part of the property.
