Gungnir Resources announced the addition of the Hemberget property to its Swedish portfolio. The project, located approx. 6km north of the company’s Knaften project is characterized by an 11km long, strongly magnetic gabbroic-ultramafic intrusion. Following previous discoveries of gabbros/ultramafics, associated with magmatic sulfide mineralization at the nearby Knaften project, the company plans to explore the Hemberget claim, which has seen little historic exploration, for similar styles of mineralization.
