Kuniko Limited provided an exploration update from its Norwegian projects. Drilling at the company’s Skuterud cobalt project is currently underway with 1007 of approx. 2800 planned meters drilled since the beginning of May. After testing the first target (Dovikkollen B), the rig is now testing the Damtjern target, before moving to the Middagshvile prospect near the historic Skuterud cobalt mine. In addition to diamond drilling, a detailed geochemical sampling program amounting to 1017 soil and rock samples was recently completed while a new sampling campaign to test previously not sampled areas has now started.

Located approx. 15km to the NE of Skuterud, the company recently completed a site visit including sampling at three different Ni-Cu occurrences within the Ringerike Copper-Nickel-Cobalt project area. An additional, comprehensive stream sediment sampling program to assess prospectivity within the license block is currently underway.

Furthermore, the company advised that a geological reconnaissance visit, resulting in an improved understanding of geology and mineralization, was recently completed at the Undal-Nyberget Copper project, while a comprehensive pegmatite sampling program at the Nord-Helgeland Technology Metals Project is imminent.
