Kingsrose Mining provided an update on its Finnish Penikat-PGE project. Recent resampling of historic core confirmed consistent high-grade Rhodium, Iridium, and Ruthenium grades in addition to previously reported Pd, Pt, Au, and Ni values. Significant intercepts include e.g. 2m @ 0.84g/t Rh, 0.25g/t Ir, 0.22g/t Ru plus 1.8g/t Pd, 4.1g/t Pt, 0.1g/t Au and 0.15% Ni or 8.8m @ 0.19g/t Rh, 8.07 g/t Pd, 2.33g/t Pt, 0.52g/t Au, 0.47% Cu and 0.23% Ni.
The company notes that the average rhodium grades vary between the different mineralized reefs with an average of 0.25g/t Rh at the SJ Reef, and an average of 0.1g/t Rh at the AP and PV Reefs.
