Kingsrose Mining provided an exploration update for its Porsanger PGE-Copper-Nickel project in Norway. Exploration at Porsanger is commencing with a ground-based, fixed-loop electromagnetic, geophysical survey, focusing on the Porsvann and Karenhaugen intrusions. In addition, the company also completed a resampling program of existing drill core in order to verify historic data and analyze for a wider suite of metals. Assay results are currently pending.
Anticipating drill targets generated from modeling of the geophysical data, the company submitted a drill permit application for the Porsvann target. Maiden drilling is currently expected to take place later this year or in the spring of 2023.
