GreenRoc Mining – Thule and Amitsoq Update

GreenRoc Mining provided an operational update from two of its advanced-stage projects in northwestern and southern Greenland. At the Thule Black Sands Ilmenite project, this year’s fieldwork will focus on conducting environmental baseline studies to lay the foundation for an upcoming EIA. Simultaneously, a social impact study and preliminary mining studies will be conducted to fast-track mine development. Assays from 249 drill holes from the 2021 drill campaign are expected in early August with an updated mineral resource estimate scheduled for September.

At the Amitsoq graphite deposit, a previously announced drill program to update and increase the current resource of 8.28Mt @ 19.75% Cg has now commenced and is expected to take around 12 weeks.

The company further advised that it was granted additional exploration licenses south and north of its existing landholdings at the Amitsoq project.
