Gemdale Gold provided an update on its exploration activities in Finland. The company advised the staking of two new reservation areas, extending along gold-bearing structures from its Pontio project and surrounding the Laiva Gold Mine, with initial fieldwork to follow up on numerous gold occurrences currently underway.
The company further advised that Centerra Gold Inc opted to withdraw from the Isoneva earn-in agreement, resulting in Gemdale retaining 100% of the project. During the earn-in period, the project was advanced significantly, resulting e.g., in the intersection of 4.3g/t Au over 17.94m.
