Capella Minerals announced the acquisition of a lithium and REE project portfolio in Finland. The portfolio, acquired from elementX Finland Oy consists of seven lithium pegmatite and rare-earth element reservations and applications in southern Finland. In consideration for the projects elementX’s shareholders will receive shares in Capella, amounting to approx. 10% of the company’s outstanding shares and retain a 1% NSR.
