Lappvattnet – High-Grade Nickel Intersected

Gungnir Resources reported the intersection of high-grade Nickel at its Lappvattent project in northern Sweden. Drill hole LAP22-19, collared in the central part of the deposit returned 9m @ 2.35% Ni, including 5.66m @ 3.02% Ni. The company notes that the mineralization intersected in LAP22-19 remains open at depth and new preliminary interpretations suggest locally occurring fold hinges to control the localization of thickened, high-grade nickel shoots.

Drilling with the aim to upgrade and expand the existing resource as well as to identify further high-grade nickel shoots is currently ongoing with assays for the lower parts of LAP22-19 and LAP22-10 onwards currently pending.
