District Metals announced it received approval for the Sågtjärn mineral license applications. The claim contains the Sågtjärn uranium deposit, with a historical inferred resource of 756 000tons grading 0.068% U3O8. Historic intersections of the deposit returned e.g., 8.7m @ 0.13% U3O8 in drill hole SGT-77-007 or 7.0m @ 0.18% U3O8 in drill hole SGT-77-011. Notably, the deposit remains open in all directions and has to date only been analyzed for uranium even though a review of historic data and core indicates a potential for other metals of interest.
