Avira Resources announced the intersection of additional, near-surface massive sulfide at its Puolalaki Ni-Cu-Co-Au project in northern Sweden. Following the intersection of massive nickel sulfide mineralization in April 2023, phase 2 was designed to infill around this near-surface discovery. According to the company, infill drilling was successful, with three out of four holes intersecting similar massive sulfide mineralization.

Drilling is currently ongoing with a 300m drill hole targeting a 40 000SI off-hole conductor indicated in drill hole PUO23005.
