Amaroq Minerals reported a new Nickel-Copper discovery at its Stendalen project in southern Greenland. The company reported the intersection of over 140m of disseminated magmatic sulfides containing nickel, copper & cobalt in its first scout drill hole into the intrusion. According to the company’s calculations, the sulfide tenor is such, that massive sulfide could hold grades up to 3-5% nickel equivalent. Following this initial success, the company plans to ramp up exploration activities in 2024, planning to conduct additional geophysical surveys, mapping, and deep drilling with at least three drill rigs.
