Latitude 66 published results from a scoping study for its KSB Gold-Cobalt project in northern Finland. The study is based on open pit mining, gravity, and carbon in leach processing as well as access to good infrastructure and water resources.
The study highlights a 7.2-year mine life with an average annual production of 65,000oz Au and 465t cobalt with low operating costs of approx. 1038 USD/oz.
Going forward, the company plans to test the expansion potential at the K1 resource and additionally explore the nearby K6E and K6W prospects.
