Prospech Limited announced it applied for additional exploration tenements in the vicinity of its Korsnäs REE project. The new extension area includes the Granskog REE prospect as well as the historic Petolahti Ni-Cu mine with a historic production of approx. 85 000t of ore. As a first step, the company is currently designing a ground-penetrating radar survey to detect REE-bearing carbonate zones in the new application area.
