LKAB reported a substantial increase in its mineral resources. Following recent exploration success but also a change in modeling techniques and a lower modeling cut-off grade, the company now boasts combined resources and reserves of 5.7 billion tons. Most of the increase comes from a 43% increase in the mineral resource category, now amounting to 4.6 billion tons with the mineral reserves accounting for the remaining 1.1 billion tons.
