Aurion Resources advised it received notice of an offer from Rupert Resources to acquire B2 Gold’s 70% stake in the Aurion-B2 Gold JV project. The offer has a value of more than 100 million CAD and would give Rupert control over the Helmi deposit, as well as an extensive and highly prospective exploration portfolio.
According to the JV agreement with B2 Gold, Aurion has a right of first refusal that can be exercised until May 9th 2024.
