Talga Group announced it entered into an Earn-In agreement with SQM (Sociedad Química y Minera de Chile S.A.) regarding its Aero Lithium project in northern Sweden. Under the terms of the agreement, SQM can earn up to 70% interest by expending a total of 19.0 million USD. The agreement further allows for additional collaboration between the companies on new lithium projects in Sweden.
