Kingsrose Mining announced it received the first exploration permit (area 1) for its Penikat PGE project in Finland. While the permit is granted for four years, appeals might be lodged that could delay work on the project. The company notes that it will be known by August 5th whether appeals have been lodged and on what grounds.

Once legally valid, the company plans to test the down dip and strike extension of the historically defined mineralization, explore for thick, high-grade “ballroom” features and collect core samples for bench-scale metallurgical tests.
