Latitude 66 reported that the Administrative Court of Northern Finland upheld an appeal against the extension of mining rights covering key deposits of the company’s KSB project. The appeal was filed against a decision by the Finnish mining authority to grant a postponement of the expiry of the mining rights in April 2022.
Going forward, the company has the option to either appeal the decision to the Supreme Administrative Court or try to apply for new reservation/exploration permits over the areas of interest.
