Basin Energy announced the completion of its Scandinavian exploration portfolio acquisition. Following the finalization of the deal, the company controls multiple projects, prospective for uranium mineralization in Sweden and Finland. The projects have been acquired via a share purchase agreement of 100% of the issued capital of Normecto AS.
