Drill Targets Identified At Orrvik

Ragnar Metals announced the identification of three drill-ready targets at its Swedish Orrvik lithium project. Following a geochemistry review and recent field observations together with a lithium expert, the company substantially increased its understanding of the lithium mineralization at Orrvik. At the name-giving prospect, most of the historic drilling is now thought to have been ineffective at intercepting the pegmatite due to a wrong model of the target’s strike extend.

The new data further indicates that historic drilling at the Stenback prospect failed to intercept the mineralized pegmatites, often missing the targets completely or only testing moderately fractionated occurrences.

The field visit also showed that a large, pegmatite occurrence at the Anundsbole prospect has favorable geochemistry and might be mineralized at depth.

Based on its new understanding, the company plans to drill test the three occurrences. Regulatory approvals have already been received and the company is now planning to obtain quotes from drill contractors.
