Firefox Gold announced further assay results from its Mustajärvi gold project. Mineralization at the Central Zone was extended by the intersection of high-grade Au in 22MJ015 (1m @46.93 g/t Au), representing a 40m step out to the northeast. The gold mineralization is associated with semi-massive pyrite at the contact zone between intensely altered ultramafics and intermediate tuffites.
Drilling also returned elevated gold grades in two holes drilled into the gabbro target in the western, less explored part of the permit. Results from two additional holes in the gabbro target are currently pending.
