District Metals announced it entered into a definitive purchase agreement to acquire four mineral licenses (Norra Leden, Norr Viken, Lill Viken & Storviken) covering parts of the Viken energy metals deposit in central Sweden. Subject to closing, the company will control 100% of the Viken deposit which ranks amongst the largest uranium and vanadium deposits in the world.
