Teako Minerals announced it has been granted 854 square km of new exploration claims in central Norway. The claims cover a large area of prospective stratigraphy around the now-closed Lokken mine that historically produced 24Mt @ 2.3% Cu & 1.9% Zn. Exploring for additional VMS deposits, the company initially plans to compile existing regional geological and geophysical datasets and conduct a regional soil and stream sediment sampling program.
