DiscovEx Resources announced plans to acquire all of the shares in Latitude 66 Cobalt, thereby gaining access to the company’s gold-cobalt-dominated portfolio in central and northern Finland. The portfolio includes the key “KSB” project that boasts indicated and inferred resources of 7.3Mt @ 2.7g/t Au & 0.08% Co for a total of 650,000oz Au and 5,800t Co.
Following shareholder approval, DCX intends to raise up to 4 million AUD and change its name to Latitude 66 Limited.
