Teako Minerals announced the commencement of its regional summer exploration program in southern Norway. Located in the wider Sanderfjord area, the projects are prospective for phosphate and REE mineralization, as indicated by the Kodal deposit, adjacent to one of Teako’s licenses, which boasts a JORC-compliant indicated resource of 14.6Mt @ 5.18% P2O5 and 24.12% Fe (plus REE in apatite) and an inferred resource of 34.3Mt @ 4.59% P2O5 and 20.38% Fe.
The initial work will consist of soil and stream sediment sampling as well as geological mapping over the projects.
