Kuniko Discovers New Hydrothermal System

Kuniko reported results from a field mapping and sampling campaign at its Vågå project in Norway’s Trondlelag province. Notably, the work uncovered a new hydrothermal alteration system associated with outcropping copper mineralization grading up to 3.03% Cu at the Tesskrokan target. The company interprets the observed alterations as proximal parts of a hydrothermal system, possibly associated with VMS mineralization. Going forward, the company plans to further explore the newly discovered system via ground magnetic and electromagnetic surveys.
