Copper Assays From Kopsa

Northgold reported copper assays from its Kopsa gold-copper project, where the company recently drilled 25 holes for a total of 4241m. The now-reported copper assays increase the metal value of the previously reported intercepts by 20%, resulting in a weighted average gold equivalent grade of 1.26g/t AuEq. Following the receipt of the copper assays, the company is now working on a resource update, scheduled for release in the coming months.

Notably, three intercepts in a large resistivity anomaly to the south, northeast and below the Kospa deposit returned an average weighted copper grade of 0.40% Cu, 2.7 times the weighted average of the 28 resource expansion intercepts of 0.15% Cu.
